Locate your renewal date
Check your original Welcome contract or invoices to find your subscription renewal date. You must provide written notice at least 30 days before renewal to avoid auto-renewal.
Contact your account manager
Reach out to your dedicated Welcome account or renewals manager (assigned at sign-up) via email or phone to initiate the cancellation process.
Send written cancellation notice
Email support@experiencewelcome.com with a written cancellation request. Include your account name, subscription details, and the desired cancellation date. Keep a copy for your records.
Receive cancellation confirmation
Wait for a written confirmation from Welcome confirming your cancellation. Verify the confirmed end date matches your intended termination.
Download your data before termination
Log in to your Welcome account and download all event recordings, reports, and content assets before your subscription ends. Data is retained for only 30 days after termination, then permanently deleted.
