Open Perplexity settings
Go to perplexity.ai and sign in. Click on your profile icon in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar.
Navigate to Subscription
Select 'Settings' and then click on the 'Subscription' tab to see your Pro plan details.
Cancel subscription
Click 'Manage Subscription' which will open the billing portal. Then click 'Cancel Plan'.
Confirm cancellation
Select a cancellation reason and confirm. You'll retain Pro access until the end of your current billing cycle.
