Review your contract terms
Locate your signed Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Order Form and identify your contract end date and the required notice period for non-renewal (typically 30–90 days before the renewal date, depending on what was negotiated).
Contact your Customer Success Manager
Reach out directly to your assigned Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Key Account Manager — the named contacts from your account onboarding. There is no self-service cancellation button; all contract terminations go through these relationship managers. If you don't have their contact info, email contact@abtasty.com requesting to speak with your account team about non-renewal.
Submit written non-renewal notice
Send a formal written notice via email to your CSM and Key Account Manager stating your intent not to renew at the end of the current contract term. Reference your contract end date and the non-renewal clause. Keep a copy with timestamps as proof of notice.
Export your data
Before your contract ends, export all A/B test results, campaign reports, and analytics data you want to retain. Go to your dashboard and download reports for each campaign. Account access is removed when the contract terminates and data is deleted thereafter.
Deactivate the AB Tasty tag on your site
In the AB Tasty dashboard, navigate to the 'Framework' page, find the 'Clear script' section, click the 'Clear script' button, and confirm in the popup dialog. This empties the tag on your website immediately. Alternatively, fully remove the AB Tasty JavaScript snippet from your site's <head> after contract end.
