Review your contract and notice deadline
Log into your NICE CXone account or locate your signed contract to find your subscription end date. You must submit your Non-Renewal Notice at least 60 days before that end date — missing this window triggers automatic renewal for a full additional term.
Identify your product family
Determine which NICE product family your account belongs to: 'CXone' or 'CXone Integrated' use one cancellation email; 'CX Solution' family uses a different one. Check your contract or invoice header for the product family name.
Draft a formal Non-Renewal Notice
Write a cancellation email that includes: your company/account name, contract or account number, the specific services you are canceling, and your intended end date. Any notice missing this information may be considered invalid.
Email the Non-Renewal Notice to the designated address
Send your written notice to Contract-Unsubscribe@nice.com (for CXone or CXone Integrated) or CloudServicesUnsubscribe@nice.com (for CX Solution). Cancellation via phone, chat, support ticket, or your account manager email does NOT constitute valid notice and will not cancel your subscription.
Request delivery confirmation
Request a read receipt or acknowledgment reply. NICE does not provide an automated confirmation, so follow up if you don't receive a reply within a few business days to confirm your notice was received and logged.
Export your data before the term ends
Use the Data Extraction API, the Interaction Analytics export in Admin > Secure External Access, or standard report exports within the platform to back up your data before your subscription ends. NICE only retains your data for up to 30 days after expiration, after which it is permanently deleted.
