Log in to Akaunting

Go to akaunting.com and log in to your account using your email and password.

Open profile menu

Click your profile initials or icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.

Go to Subscriptions

Select "Subscriptions" from the dropdown menu to open your subscriptions list.

Open plan details

Find your active plan and click the "Details" button next to it.

Click Cancel Subscription

Scroll down the Details page and click the "Cancel Subscription" button.

Select a cancellation reason

A popup dialog appears requiring you to select or enter a cancellation reason from the dropdown — this field is required before you can proceed.

Confirm cancellation

Click "Confirm" to complete the cancellation. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Export your data immediately

Before your billing period ends, export all your business data. Go to your company settings and use the export/backup option — once access expires, all data is permanently lost with no recovery option.
