Find your local Aire Serv franchise
Go to aireserv.com and use the 'Find a Location' search box on the homepage. Enter your zip code or city to locate the specific independently owned Aire Serv franchise that manages your Advantage Plan. Note their local phone number — cancellations must be handled by your local branch, not a central office.
Call your local Aire Serv office
Call the local branch's front desk phone number during business hours. The national customer service line is (855) 259-2280 if you cannot locate your local number. Tell the representative you want to cancel your Advantage Plan membership.
Request cancellation and provide account details
Inform the representative: 'I'd like to cancel my Advantage Plan.' Be ready to provide your name, service address, and account or membership number if you have one. The plan can be cancelled at any time with no cancellation fee or penalty for residential customers.
Confirm cancellation and billing stop date
Ask the representative to confirm: (1) the date your membership will end, (2) whether any further payments will be charged, and (3) whether you will receive a confirmation by email. If you are on a monthly payment plan, clarify the final billing cycle cutoff.
