Log in to BetMGM
Visit betmgm.com or open the BetMGM app and sign in with your registered email and password.
Withdraw your balance
Go to 'My Account' and select the 'Withdraw' option. Transfer all remaining funds to your bank account or PayPal before requesting closure.
Navigate to Account Settings
Click on your profile or account icon and select 'Account Settings' from the menu.
Contact Customer Service for closure
BetMGM requires you to contact their customer service team to close your account. Use the live chat in the app, call their support line, or email support@betmgm.com to request account closure.
Confirm your closure request
Provide your account details to the support agent and confirm your closure request. You'll receive a confirmation email once the account has been closed, typically within 1–3 business days.
