Check your contract renewal date
Log into your Chorus by ZoomInfo account at app.chorus.ai or chorus.zoominfo.com and review your subscription/contract details. Locate your contract end date — you must submit written cancellation notice at least 60 days before that date or ZoomInfo will auto-renew your contract for another full annual term with no warning.
Export and back up your data
Before initiating cancellation, download any call recordings, transcripts, deal intelligence reports, and coaching playlists you want to retain. Navigate to your account settings and use the export features for calls and playlists. Access is cut off at the contract end date.
