Review your contract and renewal date
Log in to your email or document management system and locate your Clari Order Form or Master Subscription Agreement (MSA). Note your Subscription Term end date — written notice of non-renewal must be submitted at least 30 days before renewal. Multi-year deals are committed for their full duration and cannot be cancelled mid-term.
Identify your Customer Success Manager
Log in to the Clari Support Portal at community.clari.com. In the top navigation bar, click 'Support' to open a ticket. In the Issue Type dropdown, select 'Request Clari CSM' to identify or be connected to your assigned Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Account Executive.
Send written notice of non-renewal via email
Email your CSM or Account Executive directly and CC support@clari.com. Clearly state that you are providing formal written notice of non-renewal per your MSA, and include your company name, the account/contract reference, and your desired cancellation/end date. Keep this email as your timestamped proof of notice.
Request written confirmation of cancellation
Ask Clari to confirm in writing that your non-renewal notice has been received and recorded. Confirm the exact final service date, any outstanding payment obligations (you remain responsible for fees through the last day of service), and whether any pro-rata refund applies (only issued if Clari is in material breach).
Export your data within the 90-day window
After termination takes effect, you have 90 days to request a full export of your Customer Data from Clari. Contact your CSM or support@clari.com to initiate the data export. After 90 days, Clari has no obligation to retain or provide your data.
