Review your contract terms
Before initiating cancellation, locate your Deep Instinct subscription agreement or purchase order. Note the contract end date and any required notice period (typically 30–90 days written notice before renewal). Enterprise contracts often auto-renew, so acting before the renewal window is critical.
Log in to the Deep Instinct Portal
Go to portal.deepinstinct.com and sign in with your admin credentials. Review your account details, subscription tier, and contract end date under your account or licensing section.
Contact your Account Manager or Customer Success Manager
Deep Instinct is an enterprise B2B product with no self-service cancellation button. Reach out directly to your assigned Account Manager or Customer Success Manager. Confirm data and agent removal
After cancellation is confirmed, coordinate with your IT team to uninstall the Deep Instinct agent from all protected endpoints using your management console at portal.deepinstinct.com. Request written confirmation that your data will be deleted per their Privacy Policy.
