Log in to JW Player Dashboard
Go to dashboard.jwplayer.com and sign in with your JW Player (JWX) account credentials.
Open Account Billing
From the dashboard navigation, click on your account name or settings icon, then select 'Billing' to open the Billing and Payments page.
Locate Current Plan
On the Billing page, find the 'Current plan' section which displays your active subscription tier and renewal details.
Click Cancel Subscription
Under 'Current plan', click the 'Cancel subscription' link or button.
Confirm Cancellation in Popup
A confirmation popup window appears. Click 'CONFIRM CANCELLATION' to finalize the cancellation.
