Log in to Kissflow
Go to app.kissflow.com and log in with your account credentials. You must be a Super Admin or Billing Admin to manage subscription settings.
Check your renewal date
Navigate to Account administration → Subscription & billing to find your current term end date. Annual plan customers must submit cancellation at least 60 days before that date or the plan auto-renews for another 12 months.
Open the support chat
Click the '?' icon next to your profile avatar in the top-right corner of the app to open the Kissflow support chat. Alternatively, click the chat bubble icon in the top-right corner.
Request cancellation in chat
In the chat, state that you want to cancel your subscription and provide your workspace/account name. Ask for a written confirmation of the cancellation request with a timestamp.
Send a cancellation email (recommended)
Also send a cancellation request email to support@kissflow.com with your account name and the explicit statement that you wish to cancel. Email creates a timestamped record that satisfies the written notice requirement.
Await confirmation
Support response can take up to 24 business hours. Wait for a written confirmation acknowledging your cancellation request and the effective termination date.
Export your data
Before the termination date, export all workflows, data, and files you need. After cancellation, you have only 30 days to submit a written request to receive your data — after that Kissflow may permanently delete it.
