Can I still access my content after cancelling?

Yes. All your boards and cards remain accessible after cancelling. Your account reverts to the free tier at the end of your billing period, where you can view and edit existing content but cannot add more than 100 cards total.

Will I get a refund when I cancel?

Monthly plans do not offer refunds for unused time. Annual plans may be eligible for a partial refund of remaining months — contact Milanote support via the chat widget in the app to request one.

What happens at the end of my billing period after cancelling?

Your account automatically downgrades to the free plan. You keep all existing content but lose Pro features such as unlimited cards, unlimited file uploads, and the ability to invite collaborators beyond the free tier limits.

Can I reactivate my Pro subscription later?

Yes. You can upgrade back to Pro at any time from Settings → View billing details. Your content and saved payment details are preserved, so reactivation is instant.
