Review your contract terms
Before initiating cancellation, review your Nacelle service agreement for notice period requirements and termination conditions. Nacelle operates on custom enterprise contracts — check your agreement for the required notice period (typically 30–90 days) and any minimum commitment terms.
Log in to the Nacelle dashboard
Sign in at dashboard.nacelle.com to confirm your account details, current subscription plan, and billing cycle end date before reaching out.
Contact your Account Manager
Reach out directly to your assigned Nacelle account manager or customer success contact to notify them of your intent to cancel. If you don't have a direct contact, email sales@nacelle.com or call +1 (213) 314-4007.
Submit a written cancellation notice
Send a formal written cancellation/termination notice via email to your account manager and CC legal@nacelle.com. Include your company name, account ID, and requested termination date. Per Nacelle's Terms & Conditions, written notice is required for termination.
Open a support ticket (if no response)
If you don't receive a response within 2–3 business days, submit a cancellation request through Nacelle's support portal at support.nacelle.com to create a formal paper trail.
Confirm cancellation and data access
Wait for written confirmation from Nacelle acknowledging the cancellation. Per their Terms, upon termination you must stop using the platform and destroy all Nacelle documentation copies. Request confirmation of your data deletion or export needs before access ends.
