Can I cancel my SentinelOne subscription mid-year?

No. SentinelOne subscriptions are non-cancellable during the current term per the Master Subscription Agreement. You can only prevent auto-renewal by sending written non-renewal notice at least 30 days before your term ends. You remain liable for fees for the entire contracted period.

Will I get a refund when I cancel?

No, fees are non-refundable in most cases. A pro-rata refund for the unused subscription portion is only available if SentinelOne is in material breach of the agreement (MSA Section 11.2) or in a few other narrow contractual exceptions. Standard customer-initiated non-renewal gets no refund.
