Identify your service type
Determine what you need to cancel: (A) add-on subscriptions/data boosters — cancellable via the Mi Tigo app; or (B) your main postpaid mobile plan or Tigo Hogar (internet/TV/landline) — requires calling customer service. For add-ons only, open the Mi Tigo app at https://mi.tigo.com.co/ingresar, go to 'Servicios', select the add-on, tap 'EDITAR', then tap the trash icon to delete.
Call Tigo customer service
For your main plan or Tigo Hogar services, call *300 from your Tigo mobile line (free), 01 8000 422 222 from any landline, or contact via WhatsApp at 300 333 0000. Have your cédula (national ID number) and account PIN ready for authentication.
Navigate IVR to cancellation
When the automated system answers, say or select 'Cancelación de servicios'. You will be placed in a queue for a customer service agent. Wait times can be 20–40 minutes. Do not hang up — the call queue is the only path to a live agent who can process cancellations.
