Check cancellation timing
Verify two conditions before calling: (1) at least 6 days have passed since you received your first package, and (2) your call is at least 14 days before your next scheduled renewal date. If you are within 14 days of renewal, one final package will still be shipped and charged.
Locate your account details
Have your order number, registered email address, and pet name ready — the advisor will use these to identify your account.
Call Japhy customer service
Call 09 70 25 44 04 during business hours: Monday–Thursday 9:30 AM–6:30 PM, Friday 9:30 AM–1:30 PM (Friday afternoon service is closed). This is the only accepted cancellation channel — cancellation by email is explicitly not accepted.
Request cancellation verbally
Tell the nutrition advisor you wish to 'résilier mon abonnement' (cancel your subscription). Confirm your identity and account details when prompted. Note the advisor's name and the date and time of the call.
Request written confirmation
Ask the advisor to send a cancellation confirmation email to your registered address. Keep this email as proof of cancellation.
Send a certified letter (recommended backup)
For a paper trail, send a lettre recommandée avec accusé de réception (registered letter with return receipt) to: JAPHY Service Client, 95 avenue du Président Wilson, 93108 Montreuil, France. State your full name, address, email, and request cancellation effective immediately.
