Log in to Sucursal Virtual
Go to https://telecentro.com.ar/login and sign in with your username and password to access your account dashboard.
Find the 'Solicitud de baja' button
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the 'Solicitud de baja' (Cancellation Request) button or link. Per ENACOM regulations, this button must be visible on the page.
Enter your customer details
A virtual chat assistant opens. Enter your DNI (national ID number) and número de cliente (customer number, found on your invoice) when prompted.
Select service(s) to cancel
Choose which service(s) you want to cancel: internet, cable TV, phone, or the full bundle. Individual components can be removed without cancelling everything.
Decline retention offers
The system will present tiered discount offers — first a partial monthly discount for 6 months, then a larger discount if you decline. Click 'No, quiero continuar con la baja' (No, I want to proceed with cancellation) to decline each offer.
Provide cancellation reason
Select or enter a reason for cancellation. Any reason is accepted — Argentine law does not require you to justify cancellation ('sin invocación de causa alguna').
Save your cancellation reference number
The system generates a número de solicitud de baja (cancellation request number). Write it down and save the email confirmation — this is your legal proof if Telecentro continues to charge you after cancellation.
Schedule equipment return
Proactively call 6380-9500 or message via WhatsApp (+54 9 11 6380-9500) to schedule a home pickup ('retiro a domicilio') for the modem/router and decoder. Keep the serial number receipt you receive. Unreturned equipment may result in charges of up to USD 200.
