Sign in to Mode

Go to app.mode.com/signin and log in with your Mode account credentials.

Open your account menu

Click your name or workspace name in the upper left corner of the Mode home screen to open the account dropdown menu.

Go to Workspace Settings

Select 'Workspace Settings' from the dropdown menu.

Navigate to Billing

In the Workspace Settings sidebar, click on 'Billing' to open your subscription and payment details.

Initiate cancellation

Locate and click the 'Cancel Subscription' or 'Manage Subscription' button on the Billing page.

Complete the cancellation survey

Mode may ask you to select a reason for cancelling (a standard churn feedback form). Complete or skip the survey as prompted.

Confirm cancellation

Click the final confirmation button to complete the cancellation. You should receive a confirmation email shortly after.
