Do I still have access to VSCO after cancelling?

Yes. You keep full membership benefits (presets, filters, editorial content) until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier.

VSCO does not issue refunds directly. For App Store purchases, request a refund via Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play purchases, Google may refund within 48 hours of purchase. For web (Stripe) purchases, no prorated refunds are provided. Note: if a refund is granted, membership access is revoked immediately rather than at period end.

Can I reactivate my VSCO membership after cancelling?

Yes. You can resubscribe at any time through the App Store, Google Play, or vsco.co. Your photos, presets, and account data remain intact as long as you did not delete your account.

Does deleting the VSCO app cancel my subscription?

No. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through the platform where you subscribed (iOS Settings, Google Play, or the Stripe portal on vsco.co) to stop billing.

Open iOS Settings

On iPhone/iPad: open the Settings app, tap your name (Apple ID) at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find VSCO in the list and tap it, then tap Cancel Subscription and confirm. On Android: open Google Play Store, tap your profile icon (top-right), select Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions, find VSCO, tap Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts.

For web subscribers: go to vsco.co

If you subscribed directly on vsco.co (not through an app store), go to vsco.co and sign in to your account.

Open Account settings

Click Account in the bottom-left corner of the screen, then scroll down to the Manage My Subscription section.

Click 'Manage Billing'

Click the Manage Billing button. You will be redirected to a Stripe billing portal page. Enter the email address associated with your VSCO account and click the link sent to that email (check spam/promotions folders).
