Will I get a refund if I cancel before my subscription ends?

No. BrowserStack has a strict no-refund policy for any used or unused portion of the subscription period, including partial months and annual plans.

Can I still use BrowserStack after cancelling?

Yes. Access continues until the end of your current paid billing cycle. After that, your account reverts to a free plan — it is not deleted.

Will my account data be deleted when I cancel?

No. Your account, projects, and settings are preserved after cancellation. Only your paid subscription lapses.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes. You can re-subscribe at any time through the BrowserStack pricing page using your existing account.

What happens if I miss the 30-day cancellation window on an annual plan?

BrowserStack will charge you for the full next year. Changes to annual plans — including cancellation — can only be made within 30 days of the last renewal date. Missing this window means being locked in for another full year with no refund or proration.

What if my subscription was purchased through BrowserStack's sales team?

Self-service cancellation is not available for enterprise/sales-purchased plans. You must contact your dedicated account representative or email support@browserstack.com to cancel.

Go to https://www.browserstack.com and sign in. Only the account Owner can cancel — regular members and admins cannot.

Open your profile menu

Click your Profile Icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard to open the dropdown menu.

Go to Account Summary

Select 'Summary' or 'Account' from the dropdown menu to open your account profile page at https://www.browserstack.com/accounts/profile.

Find the Current Plan section

Scroll down the account profile page to locate the 'Current Plan' section showing your active subscription details.

Click 'Cancel Subscription'

Click the small 'Cancel Subscription' text link (intentionally de-emphasized — it is a low-visibility text link, not a button).

Complete the cancellation survey

Answer the reason/feedback prompt that appears asking why you are cancelling. This is required before proceeding.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm the cancellation on the final confirmation screen. You will receive a confirmation email as proof — save it.
