Yes — your account stays active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your site goes offline and products become inaccessible to you and your customers.

Will my data be deleted immediately?

No. After cancellation, your content is stored for 180 days. You can log back in during this window, choose a new plan, and regain full access. After 180 days, data is permanently deleted.

Can I reactivate my account after canceling?

Yes, within the 180-day grace period. Log back into your account, select a paid plan, and your access is fully restored.

Is there a way to pause instead of cancel?

No — Podia does not offer a subscription pause feature. Your only options are to keep the plan active or cancel it.

What is the difference between canceling and deleting my account?

Canceling ends your subscription but retains your data for 180 days. Deleting your account is immediate and irreversible with no grace period — export your audience and sales data before deleting.

Go to app.podia.com and sign in to your creator account.

Open your name menu

Click on your name in the top left-hand corner of the dashboard to open the dropdown menu.

Go to Billing

Select 'Billing' from the dropdown menu.

Click Manage next to your plan

Find the plan you want to cancel (Podia plan, Podia Email, or Podia Teammates) and click the 'Manage' button next to it.

Select Cancel plan

Click the 'Cancel plan' option from the menu that appears.

Review cancellation effects

Read through the summary screen showing what will happen to your account — your site will go offline and products will be inaccessible after the billing cycle ends.

Submit optional feedback and confirm

Optionally fill in why you are canceling, then confirm the cancellation. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
