What happens to my workflows and data after I cancel?

All your workflows and workflow runs are preserved after cancellation. If you resubscribe in the future, your data will still be there. Cancelling is effectively a pause, not a data wipe.

Will I be charged after I cancel?

You may be charged if your billing date falls after you cancel — the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and charges already processed are not automatically refunded. Contact support at support@process.st if you see unexpected charges.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Process Street does not publish a formal refund policy. If you believe you were charged incorrectly after cancellation, contact support with your account email, last four digits of your card, and the charge date/amount. They will investigate on a case-by-case basis.

How do I cancel a free trial?

Trial accounts cannot be self-cancelled. You must contact the support team via the in-app Help button (bottom-right corner) or email support@process.st to cancel a trial.

Can I delete my account entirely instead of just cancelling?

Yes, but account deletion is irreversible and removes all your workflows and workflow run data. To delete your account, you must contact Process Street support — it cannot be done self-service. They will process the deletion in accordance with GDPR regulations.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes. Because your data is retained after cancellation, you can resubscribe at any time and pick up where you left off. Go to your Billing page and choose a new plan to reactivate.

Log in as Administrator

Log in to your Process Street account at app.process.st. You must be an Administrator to cancel. If you're not sure who the admin is, go to Settings > Users & Guests to find out.

Go to Billing Settings

Navigate to your organization's Billing page. Click your organization name or avatar in the top-left corner, then select 'Settings', and choose 'Billing' from the left-hand menu.

Click 'Manage subscription & view payment history'

Scroll to the bottom of the Billing page and click the link labeled 'Manage subscription & view payment history'. This opens your subscription management panel.

Click 'Cancel plan'

In the subscription management panel, locate and click the 'Cancel plan' button in the top-right corner of the page.

Confirm cancellation

Follow any on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Repeat for each organization (if applicable)

If you have multiple organizations under your account, you must cancel each one separately by repeating these steps while switched into each organization.
