Log in to your Babbel account

Go to babbel.com and sign in with your email and password. Make sure you're using the account associated with your subscription.

Open Profile & Settings

Click on your name or profile icon in the top-right corner of the page, then select 'Profile and Settings' from the dropdown menu.

Go to Account Information

In the settings menu, click on 'Account Information'. This section shows your active subscription plan and renewal date.

Find your subscription and click 'Deactivate renewal'

Locate your active subscription and click the 'Deactivate renewal' (or 'Cancel Subscription') button. Babbel does not require you to contact support — this is self-serve on the website.

Confirm the cancellation
