Will I get a refund after cancelling?

No. Drag's policy is that no refunds are issued under any circumstances for the current billing period. The only exception is if a charge is processed after your cancellation request date, in which case that specific charge may be refunded.

Your paid access continues until the end of your current billing cycle (your next renewal date). Cancellation does not take effect immediately.

Open Drag Settings

Click the Drag menu button in the top-right corner of your Drag dashboard, then select 'Settings'.

Review Billing section

Navigate to the 'Billing' tab in Settings to confirm your current plan, renewal date, and seat count. Note: there is no cancel button here — this step is only to confirm your renewal date before proceeding.

Go to the cancellation help article

Visit https://help.dragapp.com/en/article/how-do-i-cancel-my-subscription-1rd7ifv/ (redirects to product.dragapp.com). Drag does not offer a self-serve cancel button in the dashboard.

Submit the cancellation form

Click the cancellation form link embedded in the help article. Fill in your account details (email address, workspace name) and select a cancellation reason, then click 'Submit'.

Alternatively, email support directly

If the form link is unavailable, send a cancellation request to support@dragapp.com. Include your account email and workspace name and explicitly state you want to cancel.

Wait for confirmation

Drag's support team will contact you to confirm the cancellation. Cancellation takes effect at your next renewal date — you retain full paid access until then.
