Log in to Grafbase dashboard

Go to https://app.grafbase.com and sign in to your account using your credentials.

Open Account Settings

Click on your profile avatar or account name in the top-right corner and select 'Settings' or 'Account Settings' from the dropdown menu.

Navigate to Billing section

In the settings sidebar, look for a 'Billing' or 'Plan' section. Review your current subscription details here.

Contact support to cancel

If no self-serve cancellation button is visible (Grafbase's Terms of Service confirm email cancellation is the primary method), send an email to support@grafbase.com with the subject 'Cancel Subscription' and include your account email address and a request to cancel your paid plan.
