Can I still use LangSmith after cancelling?

Yes, your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. After that, your applications will start receiving authentication errors when sending traces. LangChain recommends disabling tracing before the subscription ends.

Will I get a refund when I cancel?

No. Per LangChain's Terms of Service (Section 3.1), all fees paid are non-refundable and payment obligations are non-cancelable. The only exception is if LangChain fails to remedy a warranty breach.

What happens to my data after cancellation?

Paid plan customers have a 30-day window after termination to export their data. LangChain will delete all customer data within 30 days of a written deletion request submitted after termination. This export right does not apply to free or trial users.

Can I downgrade to the free plan instead of cancelling?

There is no self-service downgrade path from a paid plan to the free Developer tier within the same organization. To use the free tier, you must create a new organization. Your existing org and data remain on the paid plan.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes. After your subscription ends, a 'Renew Subscription' button will appear in the Plans and Billing settings, allowing you to resubscribe at any time.

How do I delete my LangSmith organization?

There is no self-service organization deletion in the UI. You must email support@langchain.com to request organization deletion.

Log in to LangSmith

Go to https://smith.langchain.com and sign in to your account.

Open Settings

Click on 'Settings' in the left-hand navigation menu.

Go to Usage and Billing

Select 'Usage and Billing' from the Settings menu.

Open Plans and Billing tab

Click the 'Plans and Billing' tab at the top of the Usage and Billing page.

Click Cancel Subscription

Click the 'Cancel Subscription' button. Your subscription will remain active through the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
