Will I lose my notes after cancelling?

No. All your notes and data remain on your account after cancellation. You are downgraded to the Free plan (50MB storage, 10 notebooks, 50 tags, 10 reminders) but no data is deleted. Data is only lost if you explicitly delete your account.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Yes, Notesnook offers refunds within 14 days of the original purchase. Contact support at support@streetwriters.co to request one. Notesnook is known for offering single-click refunds with minimal friction.

How do I cancel if I subscribed on Android or iOS?

Yes, you can resubscribe at any time. However, Notesnook notes that if prices have increased since you cancelled, they will try to honour your original price but cannot guarantee it. Current active subscribers are fully protected from price increases.

If automatic billing fails, Notesnook provides a 3-day grace period before your account is downgraded to the Free plan.

How is cancellation different from deleting my account?

Cancelling only stops the subscription renewal — your account and all data remain intact. Account deletion is a separate, irreversible action that permanently removes all notes, notebooks, attachments, and billing data. Export your notes before deleting your account.
