What happens to my passwords after I cancel?

Your account is downgraded to the Free plan, which allows up to 100 password entries. Any passwords beyond that limit will be inaccessible unless you re-upgrade. Export your data before cancelling to avoid losing access.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Passpack offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel within 30 days of purchase and are not satisfied, you can request a full refund. Refund requests after 30 days are non-refundable unless Passpack grants an exception at its sole discretion.

Log in to Passpack

Go to app.passpack.com and sign in with your account credentials.

Open Settings

Click on 'Settings' in the left navigation menu or from your account/profile area.

Navigate to Organization Preferences (Team/Business) or Account Plan (Individual)

For Team or Business plans: go to 'Organization Preferences' within Settings. For individual plans: navigate to 'Account' then 'Pricing & Packages'.

Open Credit Card & Subscription

Under Organization Preferences, click on the 'Credit Card & Subscription' section. This displays your current plan, Plan Renewal Date, cost per license, and next invoice amount.

Change or cancel your plan

Select the option to change your plan renewal settings or downgrade to a free plan. For active Business Plan trials, click the 'Cancel Trial' icon before the 28-day trial period ends.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm the cancellation or downgrade. Your paid access remains active until the end of the current billing period. If downgrading to Free, your account will be limited to 100 password entries.

Export your data (recommended)

Before your paid plan expires, export all passwords and data from your Passpack vault to avoid losing access to entries beyond the Free plan's 100-entry limit.
