Log in to the StepZen dashboard

Go to https://dashboard.ibm.stepzen.com/ and sign in with your StepZen account credentials.

Open Account settings

Click on your account name or profile icon in the top navigation to access Account settings. The account tab shows your account name, endpoint URL, and admin API key.

Look for a Delete or Close Account option

Within Account settings, look for a 'Delete Account' or 'Close Account' button. StepZen's Terms of Use state accounts can be deleted at any time by following instructions on the site, but this button may not be present for all plan types.

Contact support if no self-serve option is available

If no delete/cancel button is visible in the dashboard, email support@stepzen.com or use the contact form at https://dev.stepzen.com/contact-us. Request account closure and, if applicable, subscription cancellation. Include your account email and endpoint URL.
