Determine your subscription platform

UpNote subscriptions are managed exclusively through the platform where you purchased: Apple App Store (iOS/macOS) or Google Play Store (Android). UpNote has no direct website cancellation — open the appropriate store app to proceed.

Open iOS Settings (App Store subscribers)

On iPhone or iPad, open the Settings app. Tap your name / Apple ID at the very top of the screen to access your account.

Navigate to Subscriptions (iOS)

Tap 'Subscriptions' to see all active and expired subscriptions linked to your Apple ID.

Select UpNote and cancel (iOS)
