Review your Master Service Agreement
Locate and review your signed MSA and Order Form to confirm your Subscription Term end date and the required notice window (standard is 30 days before renewal per MSA Section 6.1). Your individual Order Form may specify different terms.
Check your renewal date
Identify the exact end date of your current Subscription Term. You must send non-renewal notice at least 30 days before this date or your subscription will auto-renew for another full annual term.
Contact your Customer Success Manager
Email your assigned Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Account Manager with a written notice of non-renewal. If you do not have a named contact, use the contact form at https://www.revenue.io/contact-us or call (888) 815-0802.
Send formal written notice of non-renewal
Send an email explicitly stating you do not wish to renew your subscription at the end of the current Subscription Term. Reference your account name and the term end date. Email should go to your CSM or support@revenue.io as a fallback.
Obtain written confirmation
Request and retain written acknowledgment from Revenue.io confirming that your non-renewal notice has been logged. This protects you from being auto-renewed.
Export your data before term ends
Before your Subscription Term expires, export any call recordings, analytics, or data you need. Per MSA Section 7.3, access ends immediately at termination and Revenue.io may delete customer data at any time after that point.
