Review your contract terms

Check your subscription agreement for the notice period. Secureframe requires written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before your current term ends. Subscriptions auto-renew unless you provide timely notice.

Identify your Account Manager

Every Secureframe customer is assigned a dedicated Account Manager. Check your onboarding emails or in-app communications for their contact details. If you don't know who your Account Manager is, email accountmanagement@secureframe.com to find out.

Send written cancellation notice

Email your Account Manager (or accountmanagement@secureframe.com) with a written notice of non-renewal. Clearly state your account name, the subscription you wish to cancel, and your intended end date. Keep a copy for your records as proof of the 30-day notice requirement.

Contact support if needed

If you cannot reach your Account Manager, email support@secureframe.com or use the live agent chat at support.secureframe.com. Support is available Monday–Friday 6 AM–8 PM EST via email (tickets accepted 24/7) and live chat 24 hours Monday–Friday.

Await confirmation

Wait for written confirmation from Secureframe that your cancellation/non-renewal request has been received and processed. Store this confirmation email as proof.
