Can I still access my boards after cancelling?

If you downgrade to the free plan, you retain access to all your boards immediately under free plan limits (3 active boards, 100 objects per board, 250 MB storage). If you choose full account deletion, all data is permanently and irreversibly removed.

Will I get a refund after cancelling?

No. Conceptboard does not refund already-issued invoices. Cancellation only stops future billing — you will not be charged again after the current billing period ends.

Can I reactivate my account after downgrading?

Yes. A downgraded team can be reactivated at any time via the Plan & Payment tab in account settings. A fully deleted account cannot be recovered.

What is the notice period for annual or invoice billing?

Monthly credit card plans can be cancelled with no notice period. All other payment methods (annual, quarterly, invoice billing) require 90 days' written notice before the renewal date. Missing this window commits you to another full billing period.

Who can cancel the subscription?

Only the team Administrator can downgrade or delete a paid team account. Regular team members do not have access to the Plan & Payment tab.

What happens to my team members when I cancel?

When you downgrade to the free plan, all team members revert to non-professional free accounts. They lose access to paid features but retain access to boards within the free plan limits.

Log in to Conceptboard

Go to app.conceptboard.com and sign in with your account credentials. You must be an account Administrator to cancel — regular members cannot access billing settings.

Open your account settings

Click your profile name or avatar in the top-right corner of the app, then select 'Edit Profile' from the dropdown menu.

Go to Plan & Payment

In your account settings, click the 'Plan & Payment' tab to view your current subscription details and billing information.

Click 'Delete or downgrade account'

Scroll to the bottom of the Plan & Payment tab and click the link labeled 'Delete or downgrade account'.

Choose downgrade or full deletion

Select the downgrade option to revert to the free plan (all boards are preserved) or click 'If you do not want to downgrade, but delete all your data' to permanently delete the account.
