Will I still have access to Spline after I cancel?

Yes. Your Super or Super Team plan benefits remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account downgrades to the free plan.

Can I get a refund after canceling?

Spline does not provide prorated refunds for unused time in a billing cycle. Refunds are only considered in cases of billing errors, duplicate charges, or at Spline's discretion. Contact support@spline.design for billing disputes.

Can I reactivate my subscription after canceling?

Yes. You can resubscribe at any time by going back to your account settings or the pricing page at spline.design/pricing and selecting a plan.

What happens to my projects if I cancel?

Your projects remain accessible in your account on the free tier. However, you will lose access to Super plan features (export limits, AI tools, private projects, etc.) once the billing period ends.

How do I cancel if I subscribed through the App Store?

If you subscribed via Apple, you must cancel through iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Spline → Cancel Subscription. Spline's website cannot cancel App Store subscriptions.

Will Spline notify me before my subscription renews?

Spline subscriptions renew automatically. It is recommended to cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged. Check your billing date in account settings under the Subscription/Billing section.

Log in to your Spline account

Go to https://app.spline.design and sign in with your email/password or Google account.

Open Account Settings

Click your profile avatar or initials in the top-right corner of the dashboard, then select 'Settings' from the dropdown menu.

Navigate to the Billing or Plan section

Inside Settings, look for a 'Subscription', 'Billing', or 'Plan' tab in the left-hand sidebar and click it.

Click 'Cancel Plan'

Find the 'Cancel Plan' button near your current plan details and click it to initiate the cancellation flow.

Confirm your cancellation

A confirmation prompt or dialog will appear asking you to confirm. Click the confirmation button (typically 'Cancel Plan' or 'Confirm Cancellation') to finalize.

Check for confirmation email

You should receive a cancellation confirmation email at your registered address. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period — no further charges will occur.
