No. Vanta's terms do not allow termination for convenience. You are committed for the full contract term (typically annual). You can only exit mid-term if Vanta commits a material breach and fails to cure it within 10 days of written notice. Will I get a refund if I cancel Vanta?

Generally no — all fees are non-refundable and payment obligations are non-cancelable. The only exception is if you terminate due to Vanta's uncured material breach, in which case you are entitled to a pro-rata refund of prepaid unused fees. Duplicate payments are also refunded.
