Do I keep access after cancelling?

Yes. Your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual). After that, the account automatically downgrades to the free plan with 1,000 operations per month.

Make does not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Cancellation stops the next renewal charge, but the current period is non-refundable. For disputed charges you can open a support ticket with the Care Team.

What happens to my scenarios and data?

Your scenarios, connections, and data remain in your account after downgrading. However, you can only run up to 1,000 operations per month on the free plan, and features exclusive to paid plans (such as additional teams or higher execution limits) will be disabled.

Can I reactivate my subscription later?

Yes. You can upgrade back to a paid plan at any time from the Subscription tab. Your previous scenarios and settings are preserved during the free plan period.

What happens to my extra teams and organizations?

The free plan supports only one team and one organization. When you cancel, you must choose which team to keep. If you have a second free organization, it becomes unlicensed and loses functionality for one month after the cancellation.

Can Make's support team cancel on my behalf?

No. The Customer Care team does not have the authority to cancel subscriptions. You must complete the cancellation yourself through the Subscription tab in your account.

Log in and open Organization settings

Log in to your Make account at make.com. In the left sidebar, click on your organization name ("Org") to open the organization menu.

Go to the Subscription tab

Inside the organization section, select the "Subscription" tab. You will see your current plan under "My Plan".

Click 'Cancel subscription'

In the upper-right corner of the My Plan section, click the "Cancel subscription" button.

Select cancellation reason and review losses

A dialog box opens. Choose your reason for cancelling from the dropdown, review the list of features and capabilities you will lose, then click "Continue".

Select which team to keep

Because the free plan only supports one team, you are prompted to select which team to retain. Choose your preferred team and click "Continue".

Acknowledge organization limits

Confirm that you understand your account will move to the free plan with one organization only. If you have another free organization, it will become unlicensed. Click "Cancel subscription" to finalize.

Check confirmation email

Make sends a confirmation email to your registered address. Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which the account downgrades to the free plan (1,000 operations/month).
