Can I still use Bolt Plus after I cancel?

Yes. When you cancel, your Bolt Plus benefits remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged again after that unless you re-subscribe.

Am I entitled to a refund when I cancel?

If you cancel within 14 days of first subscribing (cooling-off period), you are entitled to a refund. Contact Bolt Support via the app to request it. Cancellations after 14 days do not receive a pro-rated refund — access continues to the end of the billing period.

What if I miss the 24-hour cancellation window?

If you are within 24 hours of your next renewal date, the in-app self-cancel option is disabled. You must contact Bolt customer support through the Support section of the app to request cancellation before the charge processes.

How do I reactivate my Bolt Plus subscription?

You can re-subscribe at any time through the Bolt app by visiting bolt.eu/en/plus/ or navigating to Profile → Bolt Plus in the app and selecting a plan.

Can I cancel a Bolt e-bike or scooter pass?

Pass cancellations (e-bike/scooter) must be requested through Bolt in-app Support within 14 days of purchase. Passes cannot be frozen or transferred to another user.

How do I delete my Bolt account and data?

Account deletion is handled separately from subscription cancellation. Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account in the app, or contact Bolt Support. Under GDPR you can also request full data deletion via support.

Open the Bolt app

Launch the Bolt app on your iOS or Android device and make sure you are logged in to your account.

Go to your Profile

Tap the profile icon in the top-left corner of the home screen to open your account menu.

Open Manage Subscription

Scroll down and tap 'Manage Subscription' (also accessible via Settings → Subscription or Plans section).

Tap Cancel Subscription

Tap the 'Cancel Subscription' button. This option is only available up to 24 hours before the end of your current billing cycle. If you are within the last 24 hours, you must contact Support instead.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm your decision when prompted. Your Bolt Plus benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which auto-renewal will be stopped.

Contact Support if needed

If the self-serve cancel option is unavailable (within 24h of renewal), go to Profile → Support and submit a cancellation request to the customer support team via in-app chat.
