What happens to my account after I suspend it?

Your account enters a temporary read-only mode for up to 6 months. You and your staff can still view data and conversations but cannot reply to inquiries. No charges are applied during the suspension period.

Can I get a refund after canceling?

No. All Re:amaze fees are non-refundable as stated in their Terms of Service. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.

Can I reactivate my account after suspending?

Yes. You can reactivate your suspended account within the 6-month suspension window. After 6 months, the account may be permanently closed.

Will my data be deleted when I cancel?

Not if you only suspend — your data remains accessible in read-only mode during suspension. If you choose 'Close Account', all account data, conversations, and contacts are permanently deleted.

Does uninstalling the Re:amaze Shopify app cancel my subscription?

No. Uninstalling the Re:amaze app from your Shopify store does not cancel your Re:amaze subscription. You must cancel directly through Settings > Subscription Plan in your Re:amaze account.

Can Re:amaze support cancel my account for me?

No. Due to privacy and security policies, the Re:amaze support team cannot suspend or delete your account. The account owner must perform this action through the Settings panel.

Log in to Re:amaze

Go to https://www.reamaze.com and log in to your account as the account owner. Only the account owner can suspend or close the account.

Open Settings

Click on the 'Settings' option in the left-hand navigation menu.

Go to Subscription Plan

Inside Settings, click on 'Subscription Plan' to open your current plan details.

Scroll to the bottom of the page

Scroll down past your plan details and billing information to find the cancellation options at the bottom of the Subscription Plan page.

Click 'Suspend Subscription' or 'Close Account'

Choose one of two options: click 'Suspend Subscription' to pause your account for up to 6 months in read-only mode (no charges during suspension), or click 'Close Account' to permanently delete all account data, conversations, and contacts.

Confirm your choice

Follow the on-screen confirmation prompt to finalize the suspension or account closure. Note: Re:amaze support cannot perform this action on your behalf due to privacy and security policies.
