Will I lose access immediately after cancelling?

No. Cancellation stops the next renewal but you keep full access through the end of your current paid period.

Only if you cancel within 30 days of your subscription start date on an annual plan. After 30 days, no refunds are issued. Month-to-month plans are non-refundable regardless of timing.

What if I purchased through a reseller or marketplace?

You must cancel through the original purchase channel — your reseller or the marketplace (e.g., AWS or Azure Marketplace portal). CrowdStrike cannot process those cancellations directly.

How do I cancel if I have an enterprise or negotiated contract?

Email subscriptions@crowdstrike.com with your company name, Customer ID, contract or order number, and desired end date. Follow up within 3–5 business days if you receive no reply.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes, you can purchase a new subscription at any time. No reactivation penalty applies, but pricing may differ from your original contract.

What happens to my data after cancellation?

CrowdStrike retains threat intelligence and detection data for a period governed by your data processing agreement (DPA). Enterprise customers should review their DPA or contact CrowdStrike to request data deletion.

Log in to Falcon Console

Go to https://falcon.crowdstrike.com and sign in with your CrowdStrike account credentials.

Open the console menu

Click the hamburger menu icon in the upper-left corner of the Falcon console to expand the navigation panel.

Navigate to Host Setup and Management

In the navigation panel, select "Host setup and management" to expand that section.

Click Manage Subscription

At the bottom of the right submenu, click "Manage subscription" to open your billing and plan details.

Disable auto-renewal or cancel

In the Manage Subscription screen, locate the auto-renewal toggle or cancellation option. Turn off auto-renewal or select the option to cancel your plan at period end.

Confirm the cancellation

Confirm your selection when prompted. You will retain access through the end of your current paid term.

Email confirmation (recommended)

As a backup, send an email to subscriptions@crowdstrike.com with your company name, Customer ID, and order number to request written confirmation of cancellation. Enterprise or reseller-purchased accounts must use this method — self-service is not available for them.
