Will I lose access to my plugins immediately after cancelling?

No. Your NI 360 subscription remains fully active until the end of the current paid billing period. After that, subscription-only instruments stop working, but audio continues to pass through effects plugins, and instruments will remain operational for 15 minutes each time you open a project — giving you time to bounce tracks.

Will I get a refund if I cancel mid-cycle?

No. Native Instruments does not issue refunds for a billing cycle that has already started, not even partial refunds. Your subscription simply will not renew after the current period ends.

What happens to my presets and settings after cancellation?

Your custom presets and settings are preserved in their last-saved state. You will not lose any user-created content, only access to the subscription instruments and effects themselves.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes. You can reactivate at any time by returning to My Account > Subscription > Manage My Subscription and re-enabling your plan. Your previous settings and presets will still be available.

Will Native Access still show NI 360 products after I cancel?

There is a known display issue where Native Access may continue to show NI 360 subscription products in the Library tab after cancellation. This resolves itself — launch Native Access and allow it to update automatically.

Does cancelling affect any perpetual (non-subscription) licenses I own?

No. Cancelling your NI 360 subscription has no effect on any perpetual Komplete or individual product licenses you have purchased separately. Those remain fully active and accessible in Native Access.

Log in to your Native Instruments account

Go to native-instruments.com and click 'Log In' in the top-right corner. Enter your email and password to access your account.

Open My Account

After logging in, click your profile icon or name in the top-right corner and select 'My Account' from the dropdown menu.

Navigate to Subscription

In the My Account dashboard, click on the 'Subscription' section in the left-hand navigation or main account menu.

Click 'Manage My Subscription'

On the Subscription page, click the 'MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION' tab or button. This opens the subscription management portal where you can view your current plan details.

Cancel the subscription

In the subscription portal, locate your active NI 360 (formerly Komplete Now) plan and click the 'Cancel Subscription' option. Follow any on-screen confirmation prompts to complete the cancellation.

Confirm cancellation

You will receive a confirmation that your subscription has been cancelled. Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period — no further charges will be made.

Alternative: Use the cancellation form

If you cannot access the subscription portal or encounter login issues, visit support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/p/cancel-subscription, complete the CAPTCHA, and submit the cancellation request form. Native Instruments support will process it manually.
