Will I still have access to Premium features after I cancel?

Yes. Cancelling stops future renewals but you keep full Premium access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. If you cancel during a free trial, however, you lose Premium access immediately.

Can I get a refund if I forgot to cancel?

Refunds are not guaranteed. StuDocu's policy states refunds are not typically provided for missed cancellations. However, if you have not used any Premium features since the charge, you may be eligible for a full refund. In exceptional cases they may offer a partial refund. Contact support at studocu.com/en/support to request one.

How do I cancel if I subscribed through the iOS App Store?

On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > tap your Apple ID name > Subscriptions > tap StuDocu > tap Cancel Subscription. You must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

How do I cancel if I subscribed through Google Play?

Open the Google Play Store > tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > find Studocu: AI Notes & Summaries > tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes. You can reactivate at any time by returning to your Subscription page in Settings and choosing a new plan. Your account and uploaded documents are retained.

Does deleting my StuDocu account also cancel my subscription?

No. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription or stop billing. You must cancel the subscription first through the Subscription page (or App Store/Google Play if subscribed via mobile), then separately delete your account if desired.

Log in to your StuDocu account

Go to studocu.com and sign in to your account using your email and password or your social login method.

Open your profile menu

Click on your profile avatar or name in the top-right corner of the page to open the account dropdown menu.

Go to Settings

Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu to open your account settings page.

Navigate to the Subscription section

In Settings, find and click the "Subscription" or "Billing" tab. This shows your current plan, renewal date, and payment details.

Click "Cancel subscription"

Locate and click the "Cancel subscription" button or link on the Subscription page. If you subscribed via the app, you will be directed to manage your subscription through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) instead.

Confirm the cancellation

Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation. You will receive a confirmation that your subscription has been cancelled. You retain Premium access until the end of the current billing period.
