Visit calm.com and log in

Go to calm.com in a web browser and sign in with your email or connected account.

Open Account Settings

Click your profile icon at the top right and select 'Settings', then navigate to 'Account'.

Select Subscription

In the Account section, find and click on 'Subscription' to see your current plan and renewal date.

Click Cancel Subscription

Click 'Cancel Subscription' and follow the on-screen prompts. Note: if you subscribed through iOS or Android, cancel via App Store/Google Play.

Confirm and note your access end date

Confirm the cancellation in the final dialog. You will receive an email confirmation, and access continues until your billing period ends.
