Can I still use Pipedrive after I cancel?

Yes. Your access continues until the end of your current billing cycle. After that date, you will no longer be able to log in or access your data.

Will I receive a refund for unused time?

No. Pipedrive does not offer prorated refunds for unused time remaining in the billing period after cancellation.

What happens to my data after cancellation?

You lose access to your data at the end of the billing cycle. Pipedrive permanently deletes accounts after 6 months in accordance with GDPR policies. It is strongly recommended to export all your data before canceling.

Can I reactivate my Pipedrive account after canceling?

Yes. You can reactivate your subscription before the account is permanently deleted (within the 6-month window). Log back in and follow the prompts to choose a new plan.

Who can cancel a Pipedrive account?

Only users with admin-level account settings access can cancel a paid Pipedrive subscription. Regular users do not see the cancellation option in Billing.

How do I cancel a Pipedrive add-on instead of the full account?

Log in as an admin

Sign in to your Pipedrive account using a profile with admin/account settings access. Only administrators can cancel a paid account.

Open Company settings

Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen, then select "Company settings" from the dropdown menu.

Go to Billing

In the left sidebar of Company settings, click "Billing" to open your subscription and payment information.

Click "Cancel my subscription"

Scroll to the bottom of the Billing page and click the "Cancel my subscription" button.

Select a cancellation reason

Review the warning that states "By canceling your subscription, you'll lose access to all your data". Select a reason for leaving from the provided options, then click "Continue to cancel".

Decline the retention offer

Pipedrive presents a retention screen offering a consultation with "Customer Solutions Experts" and a "Chat now" button. To proceed with cancellation, click "I'm not interested, continue to cancel".

Complete the feedback questionnaire and confirm

Fill out the brief feedback questionnaire. Check the checkbox acknowledging that you will lose access to your data (the final button stays disabled until this is checked), then click "Cancel my plan".

Check for confirmation email

You will receive a confirmation email verifying that your subscription has been canceled. Access continues until the end of your current billing cycle.
