Sign in to Shopify Admin
Go to your Shopify admin panel and sign in.
Go to Settings
Click 'Settings' in the bottom-left corner of the admin panel.
Click Plan
Select 'Plan' from the settings menu.
Click Deactivate store
Scroll down and click 'Deactivate store' or 'Cancel subscription'.
Select a reason
Choose a reason for closing your store from the dropdown.
Decline retention offers
Shopify may offer to pause your store or switch plans. Decline to continue.
Enter password and confirm
Enter your Shopify password and click 'Deactivate store' to finalize.
