Will my forms stop working when I cancel?

No. Your forms continue collecting responses after cancellation. You'll be on the Free tier, which allows up to 1,000 responses per month.

When does my paid access end?

Your paid plan stays active until the end of your current billing cycle. You won't be charged again unless you upgrade.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

No. Fillout's Terms of Service state all payments are final and non-refundable.

Do I need to give notice before my annual plan renews?

Yes. Fillout's Terms of Service require written notice at least 30 days before your next billing period to prevent automatic renewal. Email support@fillout.com if you are close to your renewal date.

What happens to my data after cancellation?

Your data remains accessible as long as your account exists. If you delete your account entirely, Fillout may permanently remove your data with no recovery option. Export all form responses before deleting your account.

Can Enterprise plan customers cancel online?

No. Enterprise customers must contact their account manager or email support@fillout.com to cancel — self-serve cancellation is not available for Enterprise plans.

Log in to Fillout

Go to app.fillout.com and sign in to your account.

Open account menu

Click your account name in the upper-left corner of the dashboard.

Go to Settings

Click 'Settings' in the dropdown menu that appears.

Open Billing & Usage

In the left sidebar, click 'Billing & Usage'.

Downgrade to Free plan

On the Billing & Usage page, select the Free plan or click the downgrade option. Downgrading to Free effectively cancels your paid subscription.

Confirm the downgrade

Confirm your selection when prompted. Your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which your account reverts to the Free tier at no charge.
