Will I lose my saved classes and projects?

After your membership ends, you will no longer have access to premium classes. However, your account, saved class lists, and any projects you published remain on the platform if you resubscribe later.

Is there a free tier I can downgrade to?

Skillshare does not currently offer a permanent free tier; however, you can access a limited selection of free classes without a membership. Cancelling removes premium access only.

Skillshare offers refunds within 7 days of initial purchase or renewal if you have not watched more than 25% of any class. Contact support at skillshare.com/help to request one.

Log in to Skillshare

Visit skillshare.com and sign in to your account.

Go to Account Settings

Click your profile icon in the upper-right corner and select "Account Settings" from the dropdown.

Open Billing & Payments

In Account Settings, click the "Billing & Payments" tab to view your current membership details.

Cancel membership

Scroll down to find the "Cancel Membership" link. Click it and follow the on-screen prompts explaining why you are cancelling.

Confirm cancellation

Click "Confirm Cancellation" on the final screen. Your membership remains active until the end of the current billing period.
