Sign in to The Times website
Go to thetimes.com and sign in with your registered email address and password.
Access your account settings
Click on your name or profile icon in the top-right corner and select 'My Account' or 'Account settings'.
Navigate to Subscription management
Find 'My subscription' or 'Manage subscription' in your account menu.
Request cancellation
Click 'Cancel subscription' and follow the on-screen steps. You may be offered a retention deal before the final confirmation.
Confirm your cancellation
Confirm the cancellation when prompted. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered address.
Check confirmation email
Save your cancellation confirmation. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
