Will I lose my remaining credit when I cancel my prepaid plan?

No. Cancelling your SLOBODA plan (stopping auto-renewal) does not delete your SIM credit. Any remaining credit stays on your SIM card and can be used for calls, SMS, or to activate a different plan later.

Can I still use my service until the end of the current 30-day period after cancelling?

Yes. Sending 'STOP' to 950 disables the automatic renewal at the next billing cycle. Your current plan remains active until its 30-day validity expires, so you keep access to your data and calls until the end of the period.

Are there any cancellation fees or penalties for stopping a 4ka prepaid plan?

No. All 4ka prepaid SLOBODA plans are completely non-binding ('bez viazanosti'). There are no cancellation fees, early termination penalties, or additional charges for stopping auto-renewal at any time.

Can I reactivate my plan after cancelling?

Yes. You can reactivate any SLOBODA plan at any time by sending the plan's activation SMS code to 950, through the Moja 4ka app, or via the Moja zóna portal. Your SIM card and number remain active as long as you use it at least once every 12 months.

What happens to my SIM card and phone number after I stop my plan?

Your SIM card and phone number stay active even without an active plan. Without a SLOBODA plan, standard per-minute/per-MB rates apply for calls and data. 4ka deactivates an unused prepaid SIM after 12 months of complete inactivity.

What if the 'STOP' SMS did not work or I am not sure it was received?

Send 'STAV' to 950 to check your plan status. If auto-renewal is still active, try sending 'PAUSAL STOP' to 950 instead. You can also call 0950 950 950 (free from 4ka numbers) or use the Moja 4ka app / Moja zóna portal to manually disable the plan.

Check your current plan status

Send a free SMS with the text 'STAV' to the number 950. You will receive a reply confirming your active plan name and the next auto-renewal date. This helps you confirm which plan is active before cancelling.

Choose your cancellation method

4ka offers three ways to cancel a prepaid SLOBODA plan: (A) SMS to 950, (B) Moja 4ka mobile app, or (C) Moja zóna web portal at www.4ka.sk/moja-zona/. SMS is the fastest option.

Cancel via SMS (easiest method)

Send a free SMS with the text 'STOP' or 'PAUSAL STOP' to the number 950. This immediately deactivates the automatic 30-day renewal of your active SLOBODA prepaid plan. You will receive a confirmation SMS.

Cancel via Moja 4ka app (alternative)

Open the Moja 4ka app, log in with your phone number, navigate to 'Moje služby' (My Services), find your active SLOBODA plan, and select the option to deactivate or turn off automatic renewal.

Cancel via Moja zóna portal (alternative)

Go to www.4ka.sk/moja-zona/, log in with your phone number and PIN, navigate to 'Služby' (Services) or 'Paušály' (Plans), select your active plan, and choose 'Zrušiť' or 'Vypnúť obnovu' (Disable renewal) to stop auto-renewal.

Remove saved payment card (if applicable)

If you set up automatic credit top-ups via a saved payment card in Moja zóna or the Moja 4ka app, also go to payment settings and remove the card to fully prevent any future automatic charges. This is a separate step from stopping the plan renewal.

Verify cancellation

Send another free SMS with the text 'STAV' to 950 to confirm your plan's auto-renewal is disabled. Alternatively, call customer service at 0950 950 950 (or short number 950) to confirm the cancellation.
