Review your contract terms

Before initiating cancellation, locate your original subscription agreement. Automation Anywhere sells annual enterprise contracts — check whether you are within a cancellation window or if early termination fees apply. Your agreement was sent by email at purchase or is accessible through your account manager.

Log in to the support portal

Go to https://apeople.automationanywhere.com and sign in with your Automation Anywhere credentials. This is the APeople customer support portal where you can submit cancellation requests and manage your account.

Submit a cancellation support case

Once logged in, click 'Contact Support' in the top navigation. Select 'Billing & Licensing' as the case category, then choose 'Cancel Subscription' or 'Non-Renewal Request' as the issue type. Fill in your account details, subscription ID, and the reason for cancellation, then click 'Submit'.
